1、 The payment time of rent, property management service fee, water and electricity fee and other fees to be paid by each lessee in February 2020 is extended from February 5, 2020 to 24:00 on February 29, 2020 (Saturday), andNo application is required. In case of failure to pay in full before February 29, 2020, from March 1, 2020, our company will collect liquidated damages for overdue payment (overdue fine) in accordance with the lease contract and property management service agreement.

2、 In order to reduce the risk of cross infection caused by interpersonal contact, our company has opened the online payment function, and it is recommended that all tenants choose the non-contact safe payment mode.
